NORTH SUNDERLAND HARBOUR – ANNUAL FEES 2025-2026

 

 

The Commissioners agreed on 7 February 2025 that the annual fees for the year 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 will be:

 

DUES

 

Annual Berthing Dues                     £310 + VAT

1  - Payment of which entitles a named vessel to a resident berth within NSH for a calendar year from 1 April to 31 March.

2 - This does not entitle a vessel to a specific berth.

 

Passenger Dues                                  £4,100 + VAT  
1  - A flat fee usually invoiced in 2 seasonal parts
2 - Entitles a named vessel to embark and disembark passengers in NSH

 

Angling Passenger Dues                    £260 + VAT 

Entitles a named boat to embark passengers to conduct fishing trips

 

Fish Landing Dues                              3% of gross landings
For named commercial fishing vessels

Minimum fee of £1,800 per vessel annum

3% of gross landings or £1,800 whichever is greater

 

Slipway day launch (leisure vessels) £20.00

Overnight Visitor Berth (all vessels <10m)  £20.00 

Overnight Visitor Berth (all vessels >10m)  £25.00 

Garage                                                 £350 + VAT
Licence renewed annually

 

Kiln                                                      £50.00 + VAT
Licence renewed annually

Container                                             £350 + VAT
Licence renewed annually

 

Freezer Pallet                                       £485.00 + VAT & fee for electricity

Trip Booking Office                              £620.00 + VAT

 

Fishing Trip Booking Office                 £310.00 + VAT

    

Additional Information

 

All vessels have access to the harbour facilities over the winter months (1st December to 31st March) at the discretion of the Harbour Master.

All vessels to be removed from the quayside for 1st April.

All vessels on the quayside after 1st April will incur a daily charge equivalent to lost revenue on parking.

 

Please note the use of the quayside and boatyard is still available throughout the year for emergency work, but only after receiving the approval of the Harbour Master.
