Declaration — Election of Fishermen’s Commissioners

This declaration relates to the election of fishermen's Commissioners pursuant to the North Sunderland Harbour Order 1931 (‘the 1931 Order’).

Following the close of the period for nominations for election at 4pm on 07 October 2024, it is declared that in accordance with article 10(5) of the 1931 Order, the following individuals are elected as fishermen's Commissioners with effect from 01 November 2024:

• Glen Annison

• Toby Douglas

• Matthew Stephenson
